I am a dedicated and experienced individual who has worked at the Fairbrae Swim and Racquet Club as an on-deck supervisor, lifeguard, and swim instructor. As an on-deck supervisor, I was responsible for managing various pool activities, such as Sunday BBQs, summer camps, private parties, and daily events. I also created bi-weekly schedules for all employees and ensured that all tasks were completed efficiently. In this role, I was able to develop my event planning and coordination skills, as well as my ability to work effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders. I learned to balance multiple priorities and manage resources efficiently to ensure the success of each event.

In addition to my supervisory role, I also worked as a lifeguard, where I was responsible for maintaining a safe environment for all pool-goers. I was always alert and attentive, ready to respond in the event of an emergency. As a swim instructor, I taught basic water safety techniques to children aged 3 to 18 in small groups. I also helped them to develop a deeper understanding of how to move more effectively in the water.

Throughout my time at Fairbrae Swim and Racquet Club, I was an effective communicator, interacting with management, coworkers, parents, and children on a regular basis. My positive and friendly attitude made me a pleasure to work with, and I was always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that everyone had a great experience at the club.
